When the user returns to a completed pick many slide, we want them to see their original selection (Resume Saved State shows their original selection), but we also want them to be able to change their selection and hit submit again. Is there any way to do this?

It sounds like setting up your questions to Submit All at Once would work better for you. This will allow the users to navigate around the quiz and change answers if needed prior to submission.
