Recently many times when I try to change the pose of a character Storyline 360 crashes and has to be restarted. I'm doing the change from the ribbon menu.
It sounds like you've run into some odd behavior with those characters acting up on you! I'd love to have you work with our Support Team so that they can walk you through pulling some error/system logs.

I experienced this several times in the last month or so. I submitted the crash report each time it happened. Closing my files (lastest version of Storyline 360 and Articulate Presenter were both impacted) cleared the issue for me temporarily. It was enough to allow me to get my files finished anyway.

I'm having the same issue and must close the program (without the option to save). This has been going on for several days. Also - to close the program, I have to use the task manager. Clicking on close doesn't close.

Is this happening when opening any project in Storyline or a particular project?
If it's every project, then I'd recommend a quick repair to Storyline 360. If this doesn't do the trick, please reach out to our Support Engineers for further troubleshooting.
Whenever SL 360 crashes, the only way to close the program is via the Task Manager. It has happened on multiple projects.
I'll give the reinstall option a try when IT is available, as I'm not allowed to do that myself.
Had the same issue here. Essentially the program was frozen and I could not access it / close it except though Task Manager.

Is this happening regularly? Or does it appear to be sporadic?

It's about 25% of the time. Every time I change a character's pose, I cross my fingers.
