I don't believe that you can change the scene numbering system. However, one option you could use is to create a number of scenes at the start, place your introduction in scene five, for example, if that is your final scene, and label it "Introduction" and then start at Module 1 in Scene 1 etc.
Once you have finished, all you need to do is to allocate Scene 5, or whatever scene its finally ends up being, as your Starting Scene.
If you end up initially creating ten scenes and only use eight, when you delete unused scenes, the Introduction scene will simply be renumbered to the last one on your list.
