I am trying to change the font and size of font in a data entry text box, but whatever I do it keeps reverting back to Arial 12. This is too big for the size of the box and when entering text, it displays a scroll bar. Please help - it's driving me mad!!!
Sorry to hear about the issues with the data entry boxes. First I'd want to know that you were adhering to the guidelines here for working with project files:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
After checking into that, I'd also want to have you check that you're using the DPI setting of 96 and at a slide zoom of 100% when editing the slides.
If you're still having difficulty, could you share your .story file here with us so that we could take a look?
Thanks for coming back to me - I've checked all the things you suggested, but still not working.
Unfortunately, I'm now having problems uploading the file! I've had our IT guys have a look and they think it might be something your end - I'm getting a server error - any thoughts?
Thanks Cath. I see that John was assigned to your case and shared a link with you so that you could upload your .story file to us to take a look. I'll continue to follow along in your case (# 00411233 for my reference).

Hi Cath,
It may be too large to upload in the forums and that's why you are getting the server error. Can you share it with us here?
Thanks Ashley - I have sent it through using your link.
