We have changed images on a complex slide and now the slide doesn't work properly. We have a dial image that has 6 states and now that the images have been changed, the image does not reset. So when you hover over the image the image disappears. We do not have the time to rebuild the slide. What's the fix please?
Hi Phil, We've come to the conclusion it's a bug in Articulate and we're rebuilding the slide. Our client has also come across this in version 6 of Articulate!
Please make sure that you are working locally with the file as described here. You could also go over the steps here if you continue to see this issue.
And as Phil stated, you can post the slide here for us to review.
Hello, thanks for this, we're not using Storyline 2. That's a really strange bug/defect in the programme that articulate will only work properly if you are using it locally....will this be fixed?
Working locally is always the standard recommendation for our products. If you do need to work on a network drive, the recommended workflow can be found here.
