Hi, I've been looking for an answer to this question but I couldn't find nothing.
Does anyone know how to change the default display time of all the slides at once?
I have a course without audio and I would like all the slides to display for a minimum of 15 seconds before the user is able to skip to the next slide (restricted navigation). Right now it seems to be set on 5 seconds, and I can't find a way to change this other than dragging the timeline to 15 seconds in every slide.
I'm sorry, but there really isn't a way to modify the time for multiple timelines in a project at once. I do understand why this would be a pretty helpful option, but at the moment this isn't something available. If you would like to see more options for controlling the timeline for multiple slides, please consider sharing your suggestion with our development team.
In the meantime, if you'd like to work with multiple slides and keep their timelines similar, it might be helpful to do this at the beginning of a project. For instance, if you create a new slide in a new project and set the time along with any slide-specific triggers, you can duplicate that slide and then add your new content. You can keep that slide as your "go to" slide for new slides and remove it when the project is complete. I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully it'll save you some time in the future :)
There isn't a feature to adjust the default slide timeline length for the entire course, although it's been something other users have shared in the form of a feature request.
Currently, we don't have plans to adjust the default length of the timeline, but we're still tracking feedback. I've added your voice to our report, and will jump in here when I have any updates to share!
In the meantime, you can create a slide with the desired length and copy/paste to retain the timeline length.
Well jeepers, I was hoping there was a way, similar to other less powerful products out there, to change the default slide times in an easy manner. Thanks for the info.
