Changing states to visit

Jun 20, 2018

I have a main menu which links the buttons to different scenes. I want to change the states of a button to visit when button is clicked.  I have applied a trigger which state change state on the button to visit when use click on the button.

The initial states of other state of other button are set to disable to not allow learner to skip each module. After the learner have completed the first the next module button change to normal to allow the learner to go into the scene but the problem I am having now is the first button has changed to visited (Grey) but the others do not. any reason why

I have attached a screenshot

please help.

Without seeing the file and verifying it's setup it's not easy to help diagnose. However, here are the general steps:

  1. You don't need a trigger to change to visited state. As long as the object has a visited state, it should change to visited when clicked. If you leave the slide and come back, you need to make sure the slide properties are set to resume saved state.
  2. You may have a conflict between having a visited state and then having a state change to normal based on the trigger. So you overwrite the visited state with trigger telling it to change to normal.

There's a similar thread here with some help.
