Changing Storyline Player Based on In-Course Interaction (Multiple Languages)

Hello all,

I need to create a multi-language course in Storyline 360, but would like to avoid creating separate SCORM files for each language. 

I know that each language can reside in its own scene. Can anyone suggest a way to change the player skin through an in-course interaction or trigger? For example, they open the course, select Dutch, and then the interface labels change to Dutch. 

Two languages is not a problem since I can add the second language to buttons, pop-ups etc. But I can't do this with five languages. :)
