I would like to select multiple objects on the timeline and then move them up or down to either change their viewing hierarchy or for organizational purposes. It appears that I can select multiple objects and move them left and right, but not up and down. I guess I could temporarily group them and then ungroup them but is there a way to select them and drag up or down? - Thanks
Hope you are doing well. I tried searching for steps you can take in moving multiple objects up and down but I was not able to get one, however, I have this similar discussion that could help you out:
You can select multiple objects on the timeline by shift-clicking them or click-dragging a selection around the objects. While you can't move their position up and down by dragging in the timeline, you can right click the objects and choose to Bring to Front or Send to Back.

Hi Bill,
My simplest solution is to group all that multiple objects and move at once and ungroup after moving if required.
Thanks for all the tips. I plan to employ them going forward. Kudos to the "Heroes".
