Seems I am unable to simply drag and drop items in the time line to move them up or down. I am able to drag the playhead of any item, but cannot rearrange the items vertically.
Is this something I'm doing wrong? I'm new to Articulate 360 and still learning (For example, you can't hit the Backspace key to delete and object; you have to use the Delete key).

You can only drag one item at a time up or down. You can drag multiple items back and forth.
