Changing the size of the Player to make it skinnier

Jun 26, 2020

Hi.  Below is a picture of two players.  On the left is the one I'm working on, and on the right is one from a course I've been asked to customize.  I exported the one on the right and imported it into the one on the left.

But as you can see, the player on the left is bulkier, while the player on the right is leaner, and just feels better.

I tried to make both windows the same size for easier comparison but it wasn't easy. The one on the right is just plain skinnier and that's the look I'm trying to go for.

Thanks,
Will

Hi Will, I'm pretty sure they are both the same and it is just an illusion created by one slide being much wider than the other. The padding between the controls is actually the same on both slides, but just at a much smaller scale on the slide on the right.

If you scale the image on the left down so that the NEXT PREV text is the same size on the right you can actually see it's the same.
