Character Bundle 1

Hi Joan,

Once you've downloaded the Character bundle you should be able to access them from within Storyline by using the "insert" tab and choosing which character to add.  You'll want to make sure that you followed the install steps here.

No worries at all. Once you've installed the Character bundle, you can insert them directly from Storyline as described here.  Here is some additional information on working with the character pack. 

I installed it and it is not showing up when I try to insert a character.

Did you close Storyline while you were installing the character bundle? I'd want to make sure that you closed and restarted Storyline (wouldn't hurt to restart your whole system if you can just to make sure) and when you go to insert one, you should see all the characters as shown here. 

If that's not what you're seeing, did you confirm that the characters were downloaded and installed locally? Were you prompted with all the steps Christie shared such as inserting your Character bundle serial number?

I closed Storyline 2 and downloaded the file, then extracted it and ran.
It still does not work.

Ok - thanks for letting me know those elements. I found your case where you had difficulty downloading the character bundle to begin with, so I've reopened it and escalated it to our Support Engineers who will take a look and be able to assist you.
