I had bought the Characterbundle with my Storyline 2 license. I upgraded recetly to Storyline 3. I installed the Characterbundle1 and enetered its SerialNumber. The Installation was successful but when I click on INSERT in Storyline 3, the CHARACTER option is inactive meaning I cannot use them. The issue is important and urgent.
