I had Articulate Storyline installed on my computer today. It came with the character bundle, which was supposedly installed per the instructions in the email I received with my product codes.
I cannot see the character bundle in Storyline when I start a new project. I see sample characters (real people) but only a handful. Not the entire library.
How do I get access to the files in the character bundle?
The character bundle of photographic people is a separate install as detailed here. The bundle includes about 9 individual people and then their poses and expression. If you're seeing those people when you go to insert a character are you unable to insert them?

I closed out the program and restarted it.
I can see all of the character bundle now. Initially I was only seeing a few but they are all now visible to me.
