When I originally purchased Storyline I received the character bundle pack volume 1 for free. Since this time I have upgraded several times and lost the pack. I do not have the original file to try to reinstall. How can I get the character bundle pack file to reinstall? I do not wish to have to purchase when I received as part of the original purchase of Storyline.
