I have had a couple courses where the agent's head is cut off or I guess technically it is moved to the slide. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it and/or prevent it from happening?
It was built in Storyline 2, published as SCORM1.2 and uploaded to my LMS.

Make sure your screen resolution is 96 DPI before publishing. https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/articulate-storyline-dpi-support
