Character heads to the right of the body

I've deactivated the key code, uninstalled, and reinstalled Storyline, but the character heads appear about an inch from the body.  The Other template background (like the desk or flip chart) also get cut off to the upper-left corner showing in the slide view or the preview.

This occurs with a new project, or adding a character to a 'blank' slide.

My co-worker's display (same computer, same network) works just fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
