When working on my project the last few days I have been inserting the same character with no issues until this afternoon when the person is now showing cropped. I had read a few things on here and how to fix, attempted all an still not working. Thoughts on other efforts to resolve?
(In my attachment I did crop the bottom however, I did not crop the side arms)

Is the character in a new state? If yes, this matches an open bug in Storyline. For now, we recommend not using the character placeholder when inserting a character into the slide.
