Is it possible to change the perspective of a character to face left or right, but still keep the head facing forward? (I would like my character to point to some instructions, but look at the learner as if it was speaking to them!)
If the image doesn't exist in the character library, you could either purchase a set of cutout characters that does include the poses you want or use photo editing software to paste the head from one image onto the body of another. It would be fun to have a way to mix and match head/torso/legs, though, kind of like old school paper dolls :) Maybe someone will develop that in the future!
