Thanks for getting back to me! I took a look at the file. The "bad one" was definitely showing up blurry. However, I removed it and copied the "good" version and placed it on the Master without any issues. It looks pretty good now.
Whew, this was quite a while back. Christine does not make it back to the forums very often as she's in a different position now, but I'd be glad to try to help you out.
Sounds like she was able to copy the character that looked good into the Master and it took care of the issue.
Would you be able to share the .story file and let us know what you're having difficulty with and we'd be happy to help you out as well.

Hi Sebastien,
How are you publishing the content? Are you publishing for web, HTML5, CD, etc.?
If you're publishing for HTML5, you might want to try the steps in this article.
If you're not publishing for HTML5, can you share the .story file so I can take a look?
Thanks!
Christine
Hi Christine,
Thank you for your answer so quickly!
To be honest with you I have the problem even if I just do a preview. I try with a publish on Articulate Online and it was the same problem.
I give you an exemple with a story, if you have a solution, thank you very much !!!

Here's my published version.
I've also attached the modified file, so you can see if it's showing up properly for you, too.
@Christine Hendrickson... How did you fix it?? You just had to start over?
Hey Jazzy and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
