Hi, Paris. Thanks for the update.

Oswald and Lato are automatically installed on your computer when you install Articulate Storyline 360. It could be that there are two instances of the same font installed on your system, and that's causing the error you're seeing. Here's how you can fix it:

  1. Access the Fonts folder from your Windows Control Panel, then right-click and delete all Oswald and Lato fonts. 
  2. Uninstall and reinstall Storyline 360. (Oswald and Lato fonts will automatically reinstall on your computer)
  3. Open your Storyline 360 file that contains those fonts, and check that they look correct.
