Characters lost in Storyline 3 after i change to new laptop Oct 15, 2020 By lawrence choy Hi, Recently I change to new laptop and reinstalled storyline 3. I noticed lots of photogenic characters gone after i change to new laptop. Can help?

They are in a separate "characterbundle1.exe" file. If you didn't keep that file, you can get a copy from the Articulate staff. Contact them here: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case.

I assume you mean the characters provided by Articulate. Those aren't part of the executable file that installs Storyline. They are in a separate "characterbundle1.exe" file.
