Hi, Lawrence,

I assume you mean the characters provided by Articulate. Those aren't part of the executable file that installs Storyline. They are in a separate "characterbundle1.exe" file. 

If you didn't keep that file, you can get a copy from the Articulate staff. Contact them here: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case.
