Characters with white background

Thanks Christine.  It is only happening in a large file I have created.  When I create a new storyline, I dont have this issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. That's good to know. If it's only happening with the larger course, it may have something to do with the content of the course. Would you mind submitting a support case with us, so we can take a closer look? Please include the .story file for the course, you should be able to attach it on the second page of the form. Hello everyone,

I am developping a training cours about the way to use an administrative software, and of course the trainer is a character.

I am using a lot of HOTSPOTS but when I test my course, the background of The characters is avoiding me to access the hotspot ! even if the background of the character is not colored.

The fact is that I do not want to move the character to another place.

How can I delete the background of the character ? I know how to do with PowerPoint but not with STORYLINE V2.

I attached the concerned slide, see if you select the character, the transparent background is on the HOTSPOT.

Hi Sandra,

You can't remove the background but you can bring the hotspot to the front of the slide, or just change it's position in the timeline to the very top and it'll be on top of your character and accessible. to click.
