It is easier for someone to help you if you attach your .story file. If you don''t want to post all of it, create a presentation with just this slide and attach it.
Thanks for your reply, Walt i'll upload it now, Ashley, the link which you provided is the text box formatting but here the checkbox itself is intended left. help me how to fix it
This is a work around, not an answer, but when I clicked on add another, I was able to add a new answer, and it was aligned correctly. I deleted the old one, and everything seemed ok, but I have now idea of how to fix it, or what happened.
Thanks for sharing your file here - so you'd like all the checkboxes to be aligned as the first four are, not the fifth one? Just confirming. Adding in a new answer via form view or the "add another answer" option in slide view allowed it to be aligned normally for me (to the top 4) so you may also want to check that you're working on local project files as working off a network drive could cause unusual behavior.

Hi Arun,
It looks similar to another issue detailed here, so you may want to run through those troubleshooting steps as well.

Hi Arun Moses
Please delete the last option from Form View and reinsert the text in Form View, hope you will get the answer.
