probably a simple one but I want to create a series of checkboxes. when the user has all checkboxes selected the screen should automatically move to the next screen. the problem I am having is that I select one checkbox and it stays selected, but then when I select checkbox 2, checkbox 1 gets deselected. Help please - I've attached the file
Your problem is that your radio buttons are part of a button set - meaning that only one can be selected at the same time. To fix the problem, select both radio buttons, right click one, and then go to 'button set', then select none, like this:

You shouldn't use radio buttons if you want more than one to be selected, you should use checkboxes.
Pat - Phil is right, of course. Users are used to radio buttons being selected one at a time. Check boxes would be much more effective.
