I am having trouble getting my check marks to appear after the learner has clicked on the post-it note. The first slide/template works great, but I cannot make the 2nd slide/template do the same! I feel like I have tried all sorts of solutions and when I preview the slide- the check marks work. However, when I preview the whole scene they do not appear! I have included the .story file for anyone to take a look and maybe help me find the problem.
I'm not having any difficulty seeing the checkmarks appear on either slide, when I preview them individually or during a whole course preview. To confirm, I click on each post it, and see an additional layer of info, X out of that - and see the check mark on the post it. Can you confirm that you're working on project files as described here?
I'm not able to replicate that - could you tell me a bit more about your environment? What OS, update of Storyline, etc.? Also have you tried publishing it and placing that on a web server to see if something is occurring with your preview behavior?
If you're able to screen record the behavior that you're seeing, that may also be helpful in determining what's occuring.

Yes- that is what I am working on. It always views fine when I preview, but when the whole scene is previewed I cannot see the marks.....
