Do you want it to be animated getting checked? or just bring attention to it. I don't know if there is one around but maybe a circling animation that looks like someone is drawing a circle around it with a marker.
I usually use a box or circle with a bright stroke color (no fill) around the object and make it blink to bring attention to an area.
You can also use this animation I made. Its a marker that appears and draws a circle on the screen. Just leave the animation on for however long you want it the circle to appear for.

You could se an animated gif
I guess an animated gif may be the way to go if it can appear behind the checkbox.

Nice animation. In the end, I am going to settle for glow effects on the Hover state.
