Checkboxes

Hi.

I'm working on a menu page where the user needs to select all 3 checkboxes. All three checkboxes have different names applied to them. What I'm coming up with it is only allowing one box to be selected at a time. if I select another box, it un-checks the box I already had checked.

ideas?
