Checkboxes (Add/Remove Value when users tick and un-tick)

Hi,
I'm having a challenge with creating an interactive checkbox where users have to tick the correct boxes to go on the next slide. Now what I've tried to do is create a variable with a value of 1 and created a trigger which adds 1 when the user checks a box. However, the issue is when the user would check a box and then un-check it, it would still add the value of 1 to the variable anyways.
So at the end of the quiz when the user would click submit it would indicate that the quiz is wrong. Because the user was unsure about his/her selections.
If someone could shed some light on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Seb

I would add all the triggers that add up the choices to the Submit. This way, users can check/uncheck choices all they want, the variable value will only be calculated when the Submit button is clicked, based on the Selected state of each checkbox.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the reply.
I don't understand how to implement your suggestion. Could you explain further?
Thanks,
Seb

Does anyone have another solution? This didn't work.
Hey there, Sebastian! Would you be able to share your project, or at least this particular interaction? It'll be a great jumping off point for someone to tinker with those variables to see if they can get it to work for you.
