I don't know of where you could check this within the published files, but if you have access to the .story file you can open the publish window again and you'll see the settings indicated there and on the "reporting and tracking" window, which you'll access using the button at the bottom right:
We have the storyfile available. The problem is that we need to scorm package as it looks published (the one I'm trying to check the Reporting & Tracking for) and that we're not sure that the current stoyfile is not changed with respect to that scorm package.
Unless you changed the Storyline file after publishing or changed something within the published output, the tracking/reporting information should remain the same between them.
