I don't think this is something that's possible. If it's varying for users, it might be system-specific. It's possible their volume is too high, speakers are too high, or possibly an issue with a sound driver.
Are you receiving many reports, or is it only a few users that are experiencing this? Are you able to reproduce the problem on your side?
