I have submitted my issue to Support and have received zero help in over a week. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the lack of help. So now I'm requesting help here. This is the second time I have come across this issue; the first time was using SL2. When I try to publish the file as SCORM 1.2 it fails. I'm attaching the file and hoping for a response and solution.
