I have a Storyline 360 assessment that randomly draws 4 out of 8 questions from one of my question banks. However, two of the questions - if both are drawn - would give the answer away for the other. I want Storyline to choose either Question 7 or 8, but not both, in the random draw. How can I do this? I can’t find a similar question or an answer anywhere.
Hi Paige, the easiest way but might not be the best way for this is
Q1-6 in a question bank, randomly draw 3 out of 6
Q7 and Q8 in another question bank, draw 1 out of 2
With above, there will be 4 out of 8 questions for the quiz, but you will always have Q7 or Q8 in that quiz. Maybe other folks can come out a better way or using JS to solve your problem?
