Chrome and Storyline 360

I have several Storyline SCORM 2004, 4th ed in my LMS (Canvas) and previously used Chrome and the course completion trigger was going back to gradebook beautifully with a tick and a x if SL scorm was only viewed without course completion trigger.
Now I am experiencing strange behaviour where in Chrome when the course completion trigger is clicked an x returns to the gradebook in LMS only.
I tested the same SL scorm in IE and Firefox and all works fine in those browsers, just not in my Chrome browser anymore. Funny thing is others using Chrome (Canvas Support tested for me) sends a tick back to the gradebook, so maybe it's my Chrome browser that has decided to change (maybe an extension or something I'm unsure at this point).
Has anyone else experienced this and know of any ideas for SL to work with my Chrome browser like before?

Hi Dearne,
This is certainly a puzzle, and I'm happy to help you solve it! The fact that the course reporting worked correctly for Canvas Support is a good clue. Now, we just need to narrow down why it's not reporting correctly on your computer.
Have you tried quitting Chrome and clearing your browser cache? That would be a good place to start. Beyond that, I would also recommend testing it in another LMS, like SCORM Cloud. I'd be happy to help with that testing, if you'd like.

I have cleared my Chrome cache and still x back to gradebook. Articulate support tested in SCORM CLOUD and all works good.
Isn't is crazy! I am not sure what else to try.
Oh no! Gosh, I know that must be frustrating. Hmm, I wonder if there are some Chrome security settings that are causing the issue. Have you checked with your IT team on that?
Have you also tried logging into your LMS in Chrome from a different computer to see if there's a difference?
I logged into another computer without logging into my Chrome account and all works well a tick back to the gradebook. I then logged into my Chrome account and tested and a tick returns to the gradebook. So, there must be something going on on my laptop that has changed in the last couple of weeks to stop the course complete trigger. I'll look into this further.
