Great question Bob - certainly one for the ages. But in the meantime, Chrome is a supported HTML5 browser for Studio '13 and Storyline 1 and 2. And, Articulate 360 now includes more browsers supported within HTML5:
and the option to publish only to HTML5...so although the world is changing, we're changing with it. :)
