Chrome versus Internet Explorer

Sorry you're running into this! Are you using Storyline 2 or Storyline 360? Also, where have you uploaded the published content for testing? Viewing published content locally can cause issues with playback, so we suggest uploading it to the environment where your users will view the content. For example, if you publish for Web, Tempshare is a great place to test the content. 

Let me know if you're still seeing issues, and we may need to take a closer look at your .story file to pinpoint what's causing the trouble. 

Same issue here - it is a SL2 file - any ideas??

Sorry that's happening! I'm happy to help. I'll need a little more information first to better understand:

1. What happens when you view the course? Are you getting an error message, or is it not loading properly? Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
2. Where are you uploading your course to when testing it?
3. Can you share your .story project file here with me so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment.

Hi Ali, thank you so much!! Can I send you the file separately due to NDA?? No error message nothing like that - all loads fine -  just the text boxes move!! Firstly publishing for web and viewing locally - ie and Chrome - then Articulate online same issue.....
