For quizzes at least, you can add a timer, although you can't style that built-in timer to make it look like a real clock. A while ago, I had played around with some clock examples, see here.
I just remembered that I had done a variation of a countdown timer a while back, see here. The idea was to pop up a lightbox every 2.5 min. This countdown timer could be adapted so it counts up, like a digital clock. One more option...
There are downloadable timecode videos, up to 1 hour long, here; I used one a few years ago by placing it on the edge of the stage with the frames (the format is hh:mm:ss:ff) hanging off the visible part of the slide.

You will need to build the clock and logic unless you instead build something in flash. there are lots of examples of building Timers etc on here.
Michaels example is probably the best example of an analogue clock in Storyline
