Thank you for your attention! We met a problem when using the Print Result button; we've read the related discussions about the same issue, but we have not found a solution for now.
Here's a summary of the issue:
we used Storyline 1.
We published the quiz in flash output and selected html5 option.
We uploaded the output to our LMS.
In the LMS we tested our quiz, and when we clicked on Print Result and entered our names, nothing appeared.
We enabled the pop-up function and retried the quiz, however, the print result button still does not show the result.
Could you please help us investigating what might cause the issue and how to solve it?

print only works in flash on Storyline 1
