I have a course that I've built with multiple screen captures. When someone clicks back in the seekbar to try to hear the audio again or see the actions it fires the upcoming action on screen (some are jump to next slide once media completes, others involve selecting a hotspot on the screen). I've gone into the slide properties and changed it from Automatically Decide (when revisiting) to Reset to Initial State, but still have not had any luck. I don't want to have to remove the seekbar from my course.
As you'll see described here, using the seekbar can sometimes cause problems when the triggers are set to correspond to the timeline. The same is true when using the rewind button within a player.
If your triggers aren't set to the start or end of the timeline, would you be able to share your .STORY file here or submit a Support case so that we can take a look?
It looks like Jayem was able to get you set up for with your triggers by having you change the trigger to when the timeline ends instead of when the media completes. It looks like it was also passed along to our QA team so that they can continue to look into it.
There was a change within Metta's file for the trigger to be based on the timeline of the slide ending vs. the media completing. It was reported to our QA team in regards to Storyline 1, but again the workaround of changing the trigger seemed to be a viable workaround.

Thanks Ashley,
I've submitted a Support Case Number 00348178
Thanks for providing the case number - I'll follow along!

How was this solved?
