Clicking back in the seekbar fires an upcoming trigger

Jul 30, 2013

Hello!

I have a course that I've built with multiple screen captures. When someone clicks back in the seekbar to try to hear the audio again or see the actions it fires the upcoming action on screen (some are jump to next slide once media completes, others involve selecting a hotspot on the screen). I've gone into the slide properties and changed it from Automatically Decide (when revisiting) to Reset to Initial State, but still have not had any luck. I don't want to have to remove the seekbar from my course.

Any advice?

Thanks!
Metta

Hi Metta,

As you'll see described here, using the seekbar can sometimes cause problems when the triggers are set to correspond to the timeline. The same is true when using the rewind button within a player

If your triggers aren't set to the start or end of the timeline, would you be able to share your .STORY file here or submit a Support case so that we can take a look?
