I inserted a short 'screen recording' of a youtube video (i didn't embed it). I added a playbar for the video and tested the search/scrubbing ability of the playbar. After a few clicks I got this Flash pop up below, and it forwarded to the next slide even though the whole video hadn't played. On that next slide I had text captions timed to audio, but none of them appeared. If I don't click multiple times in the playbar, everything works fine.
I'm wondering if the youtube video I screen recorded got corrupted. The audio doesn't play back on the video, except in the Edit Video pane, and this issue of the scrubbing causes an error.
I think I'll try a few more screen recordings and see if I run into the same problem, and submit a ticket if I can get it to do it again.

Hi Michael!
Mind submitting a ticket on this so we can take a closer look at what's going on? Thanks!
