I created this brief training using storyline. In one of the slides you need to click on the receptionist at the desk twice to move forward. All the other object you click once. I can seem to resolve this. Can you take a look to see what might be wrong?
I didn't see any double click triggers on your receptionist slides - so I'm also unsure what elements you're referring to. Could you point out the problematic slide?
When she says the HR team are here to meet you. You need to double click rather than a single click (all the rest are single clicks.
Thanks,
Vin

On Slide 1.4, which is the one I believe you are referring to, you have the next slide set to trigger when the user clicks Character 9, which is off-stage of your slide. What is your intent for this slide?
If you wish to use the click on character, you will need to set up a trigger using Character 8.
Thanks for help out. The issue is on slide 1.4 you have to click on the woman twice before the slide will advance. My client is fussy and wants all the clicks to be one click not 2. This is the only trigger that needs 2 and cannot figure out why.
Thanks,
Vin

Hi yes I am still having the difficulty of having to click twice instead of once. The client is so picky.

Are you still having difficulty after adjusting the trigger utilizing Character 8 as I shared above?
