I have a simple slide that has 5 buttons and 5 layers ... you click on a button and it is set to show a layer. Problem is when you click a button it disables all of the other buttons? you can't click on them ?
Sounds like there is something on the layer that intercepts the click without completely covering the button. An invisible object will do this, and setting the layer to "do not permit user to click base" will also.

what settings do you have ticked on the layer? and if you want each layer to be seen as new layers appear you would need to deselect the first option
