Clicking Sign in crashes Storyline 360 desktop app

I had the free trial and then purchased this morning. Now when I open Storyline 360 I get prompted to Sign in and when I click the Sign in button I get an error that says Storyline 360 has stopped working. I have a deadline of Thursday this week and need to finish several courses, please answer asap.

I uninstalled the trial version and reinstalled Articulate 360 and all is good.
