Close captions / transcription

Hi, 
I have been using the notes tab on the player to insert a transcription to our courses but was keen to look into offering closed captions. I know its possible to do it manually with text boxes and triggers but was wondering if there was a better (easier) way?

Is this something that storyline2 can do?
