Good Morning, Peter.
If you've been using Storyline for a while and this problem manifested only recently, try to think about recent changes you've made to your system or new software you've installed. AntiVirus & AntiMalware software (or lack thereof) is frequently a good place to look.
If this doesn't give you clear direction, I'd recommend taking a look at this Knowledge Base article.
Please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!
Peter,
Did you bottom this one out? I'm getting the 'not responding' during a preview. If fixed, any clues would be helpful.
Thanks, Rik
Rik,
I uninstalled storyline. i also did the trick with slCleanup.bat.see article from justin.
shutdown and restart windows 7. wait for a while.........
install storyline
problem solved
What i think that caused the problem is that i often use two instances of storyline.
Let us know if you're able to get it resolved, Rik. If not, we can help.
