I have upload a video of a screen recording to Storyline. I wanted to add closed captioning, so I did but I cannot get them to show up when I preview my slide. Can someone help me with this?
I am having the same issue and I followed the advice above, adding the suggested trigger, but to no avail. Any other recommendations? Also, on the player, I have it set to display the CC option on the player in preview/published mode, yet it does not show up. HELP!

Adjust variable (player.displaycaption) = true when timeline starts on the slide
