I'm currently building out a Storyline module in which the participant watches a series of videos. The client specifically wants the video to be large, the control bar to be present, and for the closed captions to not cover the control bar. Unfortunately, with how large the video is, I can't see any real solution. So I guess my question is can you move the video control bar? Or is there another solution that I'm not seeing? I've attached a photo and crossed out all content for safety's sake.

It looks like you are aware of your options, which would be to reduce the size of the video as the video controls and the captions cannot be moved.
