However, it took me several week to build so I cannot give it away for free. It's to save a little time for people how need to display Closed Captions on regular bases. Single or two language support.
I appreciate you sharing here, and would ask that you share a bit more about how you created this, what steps others could use and replicate, etc. as even though you can't give it away for free - posting something for the only purpose to solicit business or sell a tool is against the E-Learning Heroes community guidelines.
