I tried to publish my content in Storyline 360 and the closed captions are not appearing. I've read a string of responses regarding this issuesand still no success. Based on one of the suggested responses in a 'Discussion string;' regarding the closed captions issues, I had content posted locally. but moved it to my network drive, republished, and closed captions are still not appearing Please help? Thank you kindly.
Can you post a sample file? One thing we just noticed on a new server we installed was that the files driving the CCing got removed when the content was copied over to the new drive. Funny thing - it didn't tell you it removed the files, it just decided to ignore them all on its own.
Hopefully, you're issue is simple. If you can post a single slide that would be enough for someone to check out.
I've seen it mostly happen with antivirus software blocking the CC files.
