So I have a quiz with a mixture of branching scenarios and then some draws from question banks. I have noticed that a couple of people have closed the quiz before reaching the results slide but my LMS still shows them as having completed as they had already reached the passing score by that stage even though they missed some questions.
Only scored viewed questions is not on as not relevant and tracking is on 'final Assessment'.
Have you tested your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud to understand if this issue is specific to the LMS? I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud. If the score is still showing as "passed," then it's likely we need to make a change to the course. If the score is marked as anything different than "passed," then I'd recommend reaching out to your LMS admin to ask if they've seen something similar!

This has been resolved now. I needed to use Scorm 2004 when publishing (and not scorm 1.2).
